The authorities work to deadlines of anywhere between twenty-one and ninety days, and that part is outside anyone’s control. What matters is starting early enough that the unpredictable part still fits comfortably.
This is where a missed deadline gets expensive: an expired permit can mean going home and starting over — and for some permit types the law has since changed, so there is no way back at all. It has not happened on our watch. We track the dates so you don’t have to, and we tell you at the start what ‘in time’ actually means for your case.
We quote a fixed price per case, agreed before we start. A residence permit for a family member starts from EUR 450, replacing a permit document from EUR 420, and EU registration from EUR 550. What you pay depends on which permit type you need, how many family members are involved, and how much of the settling-in you want us to handle — and each additional family member costs less than the one before.
What we can tell you now: a consultation is one hour and costs €100 — and if you go ahead with us, that hour is not an extra cost, it counts towards the fee for your case. After the introductory call you will know what your case costs, before anything starts. We invoice in EUR or HUF, whichever works better for you. All prices are net, excluding VAT and third-party costs such as government fees, certified translation and apostille.
Yes. Appeals are part of what we do. A first-instance refusal is not where our work ends.
Send us the refusal decision. The reasoning in it usually tells us quickly whether there is a way forward, and we’ll say so straight.
