Most advisers have only ever filed applications. Henrietta has also decided them. That is why we can read your case the way the case officer will read it: what they will question, what they will accept without asking, and what will simply not work.


No departments to get lost between


Henrietta knows the immigration side. What the rest of us know is your case: every file is documented as it moves, so whoever picks up the phone can tell you where it stands without asking around first. Four people, no handovers, and nothing that lives only in one person’s memory.

We say no when the answer is no

If a case cannot be won, or cannot be won in the time you have, we tell you at the first conversation rather than after the fee is paid. We would rather lose the work than hand you a timeline we do not believe in.

You will not have to chase us

You get a schedule at the start, and a weekly update on request, whether or not something has moved. If a deadline is at risk you hear it from us first, with the options already worked out.
