How do you launch a relocation program for multiple employees?

Our HR relocation support in Hungary starts with a structured onboarding process. In 1–2 short kickoff workshops we understand your current processes, refine the policy, and define the RACI and SLA. We validate the setup on a few pilot cases, then roll out standardized workflows and templates. A dedicated program manager plus subject-matter consultants run the program, and you can track case statuses in a real-time tool. We also integrate seamlessly with RMCs and global partners.

How do you price corporate clients, and what’s included?

 Options include package-based per-case pricing with volume-based discounts. The price includes a dedicated consultant, end-to-end case management, appointment scheduling, document review, and coordination. Third-party costs (government fees, translation/apostille, courier, etc.) are passed through at cost with advance estimates. PO-based monthly consolidated invoicing is available in HUF/EUR.


What reporting and Service Level Agreements do we get?

 We provide weekly or biweekly operational dashboards and a monthly executive report (case-stage lead times, on-time delivery, permit approval rate, red flags). We collect Net Promoter Score (NPS) or Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) feedback and deliver action plans. SLAs cover response times, status-update cadence, and escalation tiers—formalized in the contract.

How do you support compliance and immigration?

 We deliver end-to-end case management for third-country nationals’ visas, residence/work permits, renewals, and family reunification. We handle registrations, tax number, and social security (TAJ), and support address and contractual compliance. We coordinate A1 certificates and posted-worker notifications, in cooperation with your payroll/HR teams. We create audit-ready records for reviews.
