In the case of a separate agreement, these GTC shall serve as supplementary background terms.
3. Description of Services
The Service Provider offers a variety of relocation services, including:
– Immigration administration
– Housing search and related assistance
– Official registrations
– Coordination of school, kindergarten, and healthcare services
– Integration advisory
The specific scope of services is always defined by an individual agreement or order.
4. Orders and Performance
Services are always rendered based on prior arrangement. The parties shall confirm the requested services in writing, via an offer or order. Depending on the type of service, the Service Provider may require partial or full advance payment as a condition of commencing the performance. The Service Provider shall perform the services professionally and in accordance with the agreed conditions and deadlines.
5. Fees and Payment Terms
Service fees are determined on the basis of individual offers. The Service Provider is entitled to issue an invoice upon completion of the service, regardless of whether the Client issues a formal performance certificate. In the absence of a different agreement between the parties, the invoice shall be based on the Service Provider’s internal records of the service completion date. For immigration services involving residence permit applications, the service shall be deemed completed upon submission of the application to the competent authority, as the subsequent decision falls within the authority’s exclusive responsibility.
Depending on the type of service, the Service Provider may require advance payment, the amount and schedule of which shall be specified in the individual offer or order.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the invoice shall be settled within 8 calendar days by bank transfer. If a separate agreement or order specifies a different payment deadline, that deadline shall prevail. In case of late payment, the Service Provider is entitled to charge default interest and administrative fees in accordance with the Hungarian Civil Code. The service is considered fully performed only after the fee has been received.
6. Withdrawal and Cancellation
6.1 Statutory Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
In accordance with Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) on consumer contracts, private individual Clients (consumers) have the right to withdraw from or terminate the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.
6.2 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The Client expressly acknowledges that if they request the Service Provider to begin providing the service within the 14-day withdrawal period, and the service is fully performed, they shall lose the right of withdrawal once the performance has been completed.
If partial performance takes place within the withdrawal period and the Client subsequently exercises the right of withdrawal, the Client shall pay the Service Provider a proportionate fee for the services performed up to the time of withdrawal.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, or data loss. The total liability of the Service Provider shall not exceed the amount of the service fee paid for the specific order.
8. Data Protection
The Service Provider processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR). Details of the data processing are set out in the Privacy Notice available on the Service Provider’s website or upon request.
9. Final Provisions
Hungarian law shall govern these GTC. In case of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably; failing that, the competent court at the Service Provider’s registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction. The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend the GTC. The current version is always available on the Service Provider’s website.
